Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan has ordered the closure of Gubat Sa Ciudad resort for operating while the city is still under modified enhanced community quarantine. On Sunday, a number of people are seen swimming in the resort despite the implementation of MECQ in NCR Plus areas. Malapitan added that the resort’s business license will be revoked.
